Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items with visible signs of wear, deodorant marks, stains, or odors will not be accepted.

  • All marked-down items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanged (subject to availability). Exchanges must be for the same product style.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email hello@shadeupf.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. A $7 processing fee will be deducted from your refund for returns (exchanges are free).

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (minus the processing fee).

Prefer to shop with us again? Opt for store credit instead of a refund, and we’ll waive the return processing fee.

Store Credit Option

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
